I've literally searched everywhere! vrbo, airbnb, craigslist (all scams), hot pads, seriously everywhere! Does anyone have any leads on housing in Boston, I'm kind of freaking out considering I move in less than a month. I'll be working at MGH so housing nearby would be a plus.

Try Attleboro MA or Southern NH. Candlewood suites in Portsmouth NH is nice but it is a one hour all highway commute to MGH.

Try property managers (often have availability lists online), ask your agency and hospital HR for suggestions, and try Travelers Haven and Med Temp Housing.
I've tried everything you guys have suggested and I still haven't found anything. I'm at a loss.

I don't know the area where you're going, but just a general thought ~ are there colleges and/or universities in the area where you are going? Medical and nursing schools? If so, this may be what you're up against, since it's right smack in the middle of "Back To School" season, especially for that group. Not helpful I know, but just to give you an idea of what you're facing. So sorry. Hope you do find something soon!

Never travel without guaranteed housing with a 48 hour show-cause clause (not the right name, but something close), unless you know the area. It is so very tricky to get short-term housing.

You didn't find anything with furnished finders???? They do all the work and they have deferred payment.
No, I couldn't find anything with any company for a decent price. I did finally find a room with a friend of a friend.

Are you willing to do a room share? I'll be leaving MGH at the end of Sept and my room would be available. 8 min ride on red line. Landlord is great.
Devulms, sent you a PM, end of Sept would be a little too late but I have another question for you!
