Cancer Nursing - Help!

We've received some absolutely superb help and advice from members of this discussion forum while setting up CancerNursing.org, and I was wondering if yet again(!), I could ask you to spend a few minutes helping us by completing an online survey.

The survey is concerned with nurses access to and use of the Internet. It can be completed at:

As we are a voluntary organisation we can not offer much of an incentive to complete the survey - but we are offering an option for respondents to be included in a prize draw to win an Amazon gift voucher ($75US Amazon.com, £50 Amazon.co.uk, etc, etc).

Please note that the survey is directed at all nurses, not just Cancer Nurses, and indeed any person who works in a health care setting.

A number of nurses have contacted me to say they were spreading details of the survey around their organisation, but they did not know how long the survey would be online for.

Ooops!! My apologies, I should have said - we will keep the questionnaire on the site until the end of September.
