Canadian nursing uniform question

Hello,

I am a newspaper reporter in Canada (Ontario) and I am trying to identify a uniform worn in a graduation photo. I believe it is a nursing uniform, but I'm not sure. It's certainly a ceremonial outfit, not regular scrubs. I wonder if anyone could e-mail me and help me to identify this outfit, whether it is for nusing and perhaps narrow down a date when the photograph was taken based on the uniform. This is just background research I am doing, I'm not looking for an opinion to put in the newspaper. Any help would be confidential.
