What is the difference between 3rd edition and 5th edition Saunders book.please advice me i want to study correct materials.

See the 5th Edition Preview from Google Books website.

You can borrow 4th or 5th edition Saunders book from you local library if money is your problem, the 5th edition is base on 2010 NCLEX Test Plan.

You wait for the 6th edition if you want the most updated version which is not yet published this year.

I have both book, they not that much diffirent, they have better pictures, same questions tho, so don't waste ur money

April of 2013 the NCLEX plan was updated, more questions in some categories and less from others. Most content is probably the same. I've been using Saunders for a while, and absolutly love it.
