I live in Missouri, and am on schedule to graduate next May with my associates in nursing. I have a past (20 years ago) felony arrest for a bad check that was reduced to a misdemeanor. I served 1 year of unsupervised probation and was told if I stayed out of trouble (which I did), it would be off my record. How will the State Board of Nursing look at this? My background checks to get into school showed nothing, as have those done by places of employment (and I told them about the incident).
