My principal just took it upon herself to send out an email to the entire school staff that there has been a "Lice Outbreak" in Class blah blah blah!
Panic ensuing in 3,2,1...

OMG. I'd be so angry.
I agree with SaltineQueen about the education. Speak with the principal before you send it, show your concern about wanting to prevent unnecessary panic. You know, like a passive aggressive "here are the facts and thanks for making my job harder than it already is."

Ugh, I hear ya. Just found out yesterday that three kids in the same classroom have had lice in the last month. Though really, one is a chronic case and the other two had their parents find "a few nits" only. One of the teachers in the room actually said to me "it's spreading like wildfire now". Oh good grief!

What is with everyone mass emailing peeps regarding health related issues?! I had a kinder teacher do the same thing yesterday for a "flu epidemic" ?
