Can you get hired in San Diego with an ADN??

I am starting ADN program soon. I am having second thoughts. Should I go for my BSN instead? I can't afford much more than SD Community colleges ADN programs, but if its not going to get me a job, could be worth a loan...

Any advice for SD job market?

I have been considering looking into moving to CA and there are a ton of related threads concerning the CA Nursing Jobs. From my research (albeit I have only been searching this up for about a month now, along with asking a former CA RN at my current job questions) that it is very difficult to find a job with an ADN in CA. I do not know if you are a CA native but from what I have read even if you are a CA native it might still be challenging to find a job with an ADN as most (not all) RN jobs are requiring their RNs to get a BSN before being hired or if they hire you with your ADN they will require you to sign a contract stating that you will get your BSN within a specific time frame.
