I have a problem .I really need help.
I have bachelor degree and I decided to change my major and go toward nurse school.
I have two hard choices
1-go to Accelerated nurse program ABSN, but I will pay by loan or others. And I have to take the pre-request courses first.
2-start from (0) it means go toward to college and start nurse school 4 years, but I will be eligible for grant. that is because I am earn my BA from my country, and if I do not use it in US I will be eligible for grant??????????????????

Personally, I would go for the ABSN. You already have a BS. You will either pay with your time or your money. I personally would rather pay with my money because the sooner you get to work, the faster you can make Money.

Hey! I would go with the ABSN because it is less time and less costly. You can still take out federal student loans if you have not maxed out your undergrad ones. In addition, you can apply for undergrad scholarships, which is a plus. Look into nursing scholarships there are plenty out there. I am currently doing an ABSN program and I will be done in a year. I had to take some pre-req courses, but at the end it is worth it and you graduate 3 years earlier than if you would have started from zero.
i will complete all pre-que at community college by using my grant, after that i will go to private school to start Absn.
maybe it can work with me

Doing Associate's due to cost. Too much money for an ABSN and can't work during an ABSN. Employer can pay for you may be to do a RN-MSN.
