Can anyone help?

Does anyone know of nursing schools in, or around Raleigh NC? We might be moving there next year, due to DH's job, and I really want to check them out. I typed in nursing schools, and pulled up a list of schools in NC, but I don't know anything about the area yet, so I really don't know how far they are from Raleigh, or how good they are. If anyone could help me narrow it down I'd greatly apprecieate it. Also dose anyone know if it would be hard to transfer? I won't actually be in the nursing program untill at least next fall (pre-reqs till then). They are saying the move will be in the late spring. However most things they say, are delayed at least 6mo to a year (so we'll see).

Thanks in advance ~Christin.

Christin you might want to post this on the forum for North Carolina, if you haven't already.

Good luck!

http://www.ncbon.com/education-nurseprog.asp - this page has the official listing of all the rn programs that are approved by the state board of nursing in north carolina by city. get a map of north carolina and find out where these cities are. they each have links to the school's address and phone number. if the school has a website, there will also be a link provided. to start with, a school has to be approved by the board of nursing. after that, i would post any questions you have about the individual schools on the nc forum.

Thank you Daytonite!
