Here are some helpful links for you:

http://spot.pcc.edu/~mwalters/241TuThLeW2002Index.htm (some very kind professor posted her lecture notes here, and she used the Copstead textbook, so it's a huge help)

http://connection.lww.com/products/porth_essentials/src.asp (This one has practice quizzes- from another textbook, but still very helpful)

http://www.sci.tamucc.edu/~chopin/patho.html (More notes & practice tests)

It also helps to go over the diseases from your NC notes.

I took this exam a couple of years ago. I followed the content guide and textbook recommended by EC. I also used Lippincott's Review Series book Pathophysiology. It was an excellent condensed version of the textbook and had great study questions. This is a doable exam, I passed with an A.

Right now I am studying from a Pathophyiology book that is different than the one EC recommends. I think I am going to bite the bullet and buy the book from EC.

Hi there! I'm about to start studying for Patho as soon as I can find a textbook used online. I graduated from EC with my Assoc. over a year ago, and I'm going to re-enroll in December and start with the BSN stuff. I know I need the patho, so I figure I'm safe to start studying for that now. Besides, it's good review - and an instant headache!

Keep in touch,

EC requires Patho for BSN level? I was wondering about this one. I am in ADN program right now ..I have a ways to go. Good Luck on your exam and I hoe you find the info you need!

I'm actually taking Pathophysiology as a pre-req for a different BSN. EC was the best way to go instead of taking it in a classroom. I'm not sure if you need it for EC's BSN program

I believe Patho is required for the BSN at EC. If it's not, you will be required to do so many upper level credits in each area of study anyway, so your options are kind of limited as Patho is the only upper level science course pertaining to nursing that EC has.
