Hi All:

I obtained my BSN from California State University Dominguez Hills (I live on Staten Island, NYC) and am attempting to finish up my FNP from SUNY at Stony Brook, Long Island, NY.

It is most certainly doable. May have a wee bit of a problem attempting to do your clinical's as some hospitals are a bit hesitant to take on Out of State Students.
