Has anyone ever worked with an Aide at a Camp before? Would this be enough for 112 plus 30 staff? This would my first time and I am not sure how experienced the aide is. Has anyone heard of T M Bar?

It all depends on the quality of the aid, and what you feel comfortable delegating. Also the scope of practice in the state where the camp is located. under 200 persons on camp with only one nurse shouldn't be so bad, so long as you put limits on accessing the nurse for non emergency's. if your comfortable you may even be able to delegate routine medication administration to the aid, that would be a huge item off your plate. However an aid who is a Rodger Rescue or not so swift could be a huge liability.
