California RN

Can someone give me an idea of what a nurse with 2.5 years NICU experience would make in San Diego? I'm moving in April for my husband's schooling, and I need to look for appropriate priced housing. Just a ballpark would be so, so awesome.

I'm not in NICU so this estimate may be a little off...but for 2-3 years' experience, I'd say that you're looking at mid $30s to lower $40s per hour in the hospitals.

Thanks so much!

Specialties often get $3-6 more per hour.
