Hey y'all, I also have not received a phone interview. I applied closer to the deadline though... I wonder if that makes a difference.

I contacted HR as well and inquired about not yet receiving an over the phone screening interview. The lady on the phone informed me that they are still going through the process of contacting people and that in-person interviews wont even take place until the 3rd week of July.

Yeah - I talked to HR today and was told it would be another 1.5 before they get through all the phone screens. I applied on the 19th. Glad I'm not alone in my misery of waiting for the phone to ring!

And an update:

Not sure if it's squeaky wheel syndrome or not, but just got a call this morning from the SHC/LPCH HR department for a phone screen for next week.

Hi Everyone! Just want to wish you the BEST OF LUCK! I made it into the Lucile Packard Versant Program on the last round. I LOVE my job! Don't think about how many positions are open, just be positive and do your best! Remember to be confident! Last year LPCH offered 22 positions, and I was offered 2 out of the 22 positions :) If I can do it, so can you! Fingers Crossed for all you new grads! I know exactly how you feel....

For anyone still waiting, I just got a call today to set up a phone appointment for next week. I have to admit that I had pretty much given up on this one.
