I am interviewing for a new grad position for the versant program next week. I was just wondering if anyone could give me words of advice on how the interview is structured/what to expect? I am interviewing through Skype as they just called me this week to let me know they want to interview me and I live in San Diego. Any wise words would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Hi! I got a call today for Med/Surg 2! So excited!!! I will be relocating from Sonoma County. Were you accepted? Or anyone else? I would love to see if anyone is interested in renting a place together.

Hi all!

I know this is an old thread but I applied to the most recent Versant residency cohort at St Joseph's hospital and was hoping to hear how the program is or was for those of you who went through it.

Also curious what you think made you competitive. I believe the residencies are paid, correct? Anyone able to share a range at least? I would be relocating from the Bay Area.
