Hello everybody! I wanted to start a thread on this upcoming application season for Grossmont.

I am ranging 80-82 points ( depending on those life experiences points). This will be my first time applying here. Reading all these forums and seeing that people can take more than one try to get in makes me anxious! Lol

I got in as well! I wonder if they will tell us how many points we got? See you guys in December for the orientation! :D

I kind of wish they would send the denied e-mails first. So, that way if I didn't make it I'd already know. No wonder nurses have such anxiety. We deal with the worst when dealing with trying to just get into a program. Geeezzzzz it's a wonder.....this sux!!!

I have a question- when they send out the first round of invites, do they send out all 40? And then the next round is to fill the denied spots? Or are each round just a few at a time?

My guess is all 40 in the beginning. Then once they have all the empty spots from the people who decided to not attend theyll send out another batch of invitations.

After submitting your acceptance paper did you reciece any email confirmation? I didnt and I just want to make sure I didnt miss it lol

Hi, I went to the nursing office yesterday to make sure my paper was okay. The lady told me that she got my paper.

I also haven't recieved anything yet from the school after submitting my paper , so I was wondering there were something wrong with my paper...

I'll post here soon as I hear spmething from them. So please let us know when you hear from them.

I haven't gotten anything, from past cohorts they send the did not get in letters last which sucks because I'd rather know right away then continue waiting. The first 40 had to reply by Friday so I thought the next set of letters would go out today. Maybe all 40 accepted?

I have 1 last college Palomar fingers crosses!
