Cal State San Marcos ABSN Summer 2017

Hi guys!

I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has applied or is planning to apply for the Summer 2017 cohort of Cal State San Marco's ABSN program? This cohort is at the satellite campus in Temecula.

I finally just finished all my pre-reqs and was able to complete my application today ( I had a couple classes to finish during the Fall term. )

I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has heard back? I have my points evaluation but that is the only thing I have gotten back so far!!

I submitted my application on Dec 1st. I still haven't received my evaluation. When did you submit your application and receive your evaluation? I was told they would send out acceptances in Feb.

My last transcript arrived January 6th. However, I had most of my application done back in August. I only had two classes left to take. I think they may have had most of my score calculated, and then it was just a minor adjustment for my last two classes that I just finished.

Overall, my app was finished on 1/6 and they sent me an evaluation that day. I dont know if I will be considered in the initial pool because I know the priority deadline was 12/2, but i hope i still have a chance.

Is your application complete? I know they wont evaluate until all of your classes have been done. let me know, you may want to send them an email

I contacted them last Thursday about not receiving my evaluation yet. They told me my application was completed early December. I'll try following up with them through email.

Hey! Glad to see this post because I have been searching over the months for the Summer 2017 one for CSUSM.

I submitted my application at the end of September, and received my evaluation on 10/26/16. I have not heard anything since! I sent an email a few weeks ago to ask when they will let us know about admission decisions, and nobody answered. I have emailed them many other questions in the past, and they were always good about responding! I might call the office on Monday to find out the scoop!

Hi!!! nice to meet another person trying for this program!

I am sure things have just been crazy with getting the Spring cohort set and ready to go. I am getting very anxious, I was happy to get my evaluation back but now the waiting game is tough! This is my top choice, so I am just hoping for the best.

Yeah, I think they were also on winter break when I emailed to find out. I will call tomorrow and post the scoop.

I just called and they said they are going to send out admissions notices in February!
