Does anyone know how heavily they weigh your AWA score? I got a 4 and am not too confident about it.
I also got a 4.0!
Really? Okay I feel a little better now LOL. How are the rest of your stats, if you don't mind me asking? I'm hoping they're not expecting like a 5 or 6 ?
I agree, I wish they included a score to aim for! GPA is 3.93, 2 years at a Level I academic center, one year CTICU one year MICU! I've heard Kaiser's process is pretty intense but I'm excited to be on the ride!!

I haven’t heard much of the AWA counting for much. Mostly type of ICU experience and level of acuity matters. I scored a 5.0 but I don’t expect it to carry me very far.

Hey all! I don't know how much they care about the writing score. Mine was a 5, but I have other things that will be a challenge to overcome. We'll see!

Hi, I applied too! Should we all post our stats? I know there’s a lot more to being accepted than just what’s on an app, but I thought it may be beneficial for others to see who got interviews. Also- per the website’s admission timeline, this is what to expect:
September: Invitations to submit secondary application and complete an in-person interview are sent via email.
October: In-person interviews take place at KPSA facility in Pasadena, CA.
November: Admission notifications are sent via email.

Hello all! Has anyone heard if they are still doing an exam after the interview? If so, does anyone know what it’s over? Is it random CCRN type questions or some math as well? Wondering when they will be sending the invites since next month is the in person interviews.

I got a 4 and I’m worried it’s not going to be enough! Don’t really know what they are looking for

So far I’ve heard people mostly have 4’s so that makes me feel better!
