Hi,
I'm in the process of endorsing my license for WA. They notified me that I am deficient in mental health and OB clinical hours. I reached out to a school in WA and I am scheduled to start in January. I received the schedule and I am flabbergasted by the lack of clinical hours that I actually will be getting. In the 11 weeks, I'll only get 3 clinical days. The hour breakdown is 24 clinical hours and 24 sim hours which equates to 48 hours overall. I know I'll be able to get the WA license but does anyone have experience with similar hours being sufficient for endorsing a CA license? Or have recently endorsed their WA license successfully in the past couple of years? The last thing I want to do is have to spend more time and money on unnecessary schooling.
Thanks in advance.

Hi. This the California Board response to the same inquiry
Quote The BRN only has the authority to approve registered nursing programs in California. Therefore, the BRN can only provide information for California approved programs. If you decide to make up your deficiency at a program not in California, the BRN cannot guarantee it will be accepted.
