CA Fingerprint cards

I'm from the Philippines. I requested 2 fingerprint cards from CA BON. I already went to NBI to have my fingerprints. I'm a bit confused now because of what I read in one of the threads here that these cards will be sent to the FBI and the DOJ. The problem is my aunt will be the one who will pay my fees. I checked the website for CA BON, I have to pay $32 for the fingerprint card but there was a separate fee for fingerprint cards forthe FBI and DOJ which costs $56. Will my aunt pay the $56 or the $32 for each finegrprint cards? I'll be mailing my fingerprint cards to her within this week, hope I can get some info asap. Thanks.

There is only one fingerprint fee, the $56 one, which you send in with BOTH cards once you've been fingerprinted. This is how I did it -- I applied for an application through endorsement from another US state. If there are additional fees, it may be because you're applying from out of country. I would suggest calling the California board to clarify this.
