Welcome All CUNY Nursing Students whether your in the Generic route or RN-BSN; BSN-MSN routes. How are you all coping with the soon to arrive semester (Sp' 06)?
Personally, I am currently attending Hunter College and am working on my RN-BSN. I have about 1 1/2 to finish since I am only going part time and working full time. If you have your RN please indicate what school (CUNY or not) you graduated from. Hope to hear from many!

Ari-
are you working presently? I' sending out applications and wondering about hospitals in NYC - went to BMCC and so only have the clinical experiences. Chosing a hospital is a really tough decision for me
thanks

Hey Ari, nice thread, I would love to hear from many CUNY students. I go to Lehman (generic BSN) and will start my clinicals this semester. Excited and nervous. Will have my orientation on Wed. the 25th and as you all know, school will start on Thurs. 26th. Can anyone tell me what to expect on my first semester? I wish everyone the best!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Lehman. Just type in my user name on this forum and you can read all the "Nice" things I wrote about them. You will soon learn like I did that I should have gone to another school like College of New Rochelle or even Pace. They are chnging the curriculum totally , so it may be to your benefit..... but with everything in that dam program everything is too little too late. the issues will never be the staff's fault it will always be the student's. Good Luck to you!
