BSN with a masters in health science

Hello I received my BSN in 2019 and received my masters in health science in 2011. I worked an ultrasound tech for 10 years before earning my nursing degree. Scanning was taking a physical toll on my arm. I arm currently working as at a bone and marrow transplant unit. The unit is awesome and I could not ask for a better floor to work and get experience. My question is how can I use my BSN with my masters degree in health science to get out of bedside nursing in the future? Do I have to get my masters in nursing instead if I want to get out of bedside nursing?
