Any advice as to which floors would be welcoming and patient with a new grad. Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,

Good luck!
Not worked at those hospitals but had great ER care at Bryn Mawr with kids.
Both well run facilities.

6c at Bryn Mawr used to be oncology. Not a bad floor. 5C was tele /neuro- heavy floor - not many happy nurses. 4c other tele - fairly stable staff, the manager has favorites and pets. From what I hear the ICU is without a manager.
Thanks CCL Babe!
I got the job but have decided I don't want to work evenings so I am now going to interview on another unit for night shift. I interviewed with the staff nurses on 4C and it went well. Unfortunately I had to pass on that job. I am interviewing next Wednesday for a position in the CCU. Wish me Luck!!
Again... Thanks for yor input :)
