Broward College Nursing January 2016

Hey everyone, I'm applying to the nursing program for January 2016 at Broward College. I guess this will be the official thread for the January 2016, Broward college nursing students; since no one has made one yet. Who else is applying for this term and what courses do you have remaining to finish pre reqs? I'm currently enrolled in A&P 2 lecture and lab and also a math class which are the last two courses I need to apply. I finish the classes in August yayyy :)

I got an email from Kali saying that she has received emails about the class start date because she has the class opening on Friday. She said that class starts Monday and that she wanted us to get use to the class that's why it's suppose to open on Friday however I still don't have access to the course .

Hi Guys,

I know I am overthinking this question but what are we to wear the 1st day? is it the polo shirt and if so, any pants or does it have to be the scrub pants?

Central Campus: what homework do we have due monday, if any? one of the pages emailed to us said we had some but the pages don't exactly make sense and the date they have listed is wrong too.

On all school days you must be in uniform. Get used to the scrubs you will no longer be wearing regular clothes to school ever unless you're coming on an off day to study in the library :up:

For clarification, I went to Central Campus' nursing dept because I was unsure about the dress code like you guys. The only time we are required to wear scrubs is in the clinical setting. The other days we are required to wear our broward nursing polo with jeans (no cut up jeans allowed). Now you CAN wear your scrubs everday but it is not required. I didn't ask about the shoes but i'm pretty sure we should be in our white sneaker every day.
