Hello, this is a thread for any current nursing students at Broward college or those who have recently been accepted. I'm a bit confused on Broward's admission criteria. What classes exactly do they use to calculate the gpa?
They weren't going to stop me. Their requirements back when I started were to have it done before trends. I could have done it in Cardio, but seeing that Cardio is horrendously difficult I decided not to chance it.
Right, my point is you started way before these new students are starting. Requirements change. Either way, I wouldn't recommend doing Micro while in the RN program. Its better to have everything done prior so the focus is just on the nursing program.

Yes, i agree with not putting it off until you're in the program. It'll make Pharm a lot easier and you won't be burdened by micro case studies while you have to also focus on care plans and patient profiles. Not good. Cried a lot of tears that semester...
Hi everyone, been reading and theres alot of info here that has been helpful. I just applied yesterday and was told that there were still spots left in the south campus. How do i check my application status? is it weird that when i go on bclogin and go on Limited access applications theres nothing yet? or is it normal? im anxious lol

I understand how you feel...The "current status" section in the top right of the limited access app. should show the status of your application whether its in progress or accepted. When accepted though you should also receive an email so always check your bc email.
thank you for responding, but i don't see that current status section. When I click on Limited Access Applications it says "you have no active Limited Access program Applications to display" thats all there is. Is there something wrong? should i contact the health science department?
Call the nursing department or better yet, go in person. It should say something, otherwise they haven't even received it. They lost my bf's application when he applied last year. We had to go and rectify the situation.
I only remember receiving an email requesting verification of my Social Security number. After I verified it on my CertifiedProfile, my order was processed and the results were ready under my documents. Check your profile to see if they listed what exactly is incomplete and complete it. If you aren't able to fix it there, contact customer service about your order.
Has anyone attending North Campus turned in all their paperwork? Do we have to give them the originals or photo copies of everything?
Locate the email we received from North campus with the reference codes and there are 2 attachments. The one that says pre-admission letter has all the information we need for the paperwork. I'll try to copy and paste it here for you!
