Question for those of you that have gotten in already regarding the HESI do all the sub categories under Reading Comprehension (like Meaning Word Use, Conclusions, Implications, Understanding) have to be above 75% or is it just the overall Reading Comprenhension score they are looking at. Thanks

Those have to be 70% or above. But overall for Reading Comp is 75% or above.

IM PRE-ADMISSIONS TOO :yeah: ....i HAD 10 POINTS BUT DID VERY GOOD IN THE HESI 90 UP IN EVERY PART

The HESI A2 study guide by Evolve is exactly what you need for everything except A&P. For that, use your textbook. Every single vocabulary word I had was from the HESI study guide.

for those that are already in the program, would u recommend buying that book bundle from the book store for like $500. and if so, would u recommend getting it ahead of time to get familiar with the material. I am going on a long trip, and figured i would get one of the books to look over while i'm gone.

hey how did you study for the hesi ?

i studied from the hesi review book, except for anatomy which i study from the anatomy lab books 1 & 2, and for anatomy i also signed up for the nursing learning center tutorial, but this was just for extra reviewing which helped me a lot....[color=#366388]http://nurseslearningcenter.com/testing here is the link if you want to check it out.

I went on Amazon and found every single book on the list except for the Code of Ethics for Nurses, and I was surprised at the low cost of most of the texts. The total for purchasing them used is way less than $500. Now, if the equipment kit and stuff is included, it may be competitive. Maybe it's worth it to get them all new?? Where did you find the information about the $500 bundle? Thanks!

it is only a few of the books, and im assuming that is the price for the books new. did the books that you found have the ebook also?

I am taking it!! It's the dosage calculations by Gloria Pickar 3rd edition.

I can still register for the class, but I missed the first one. Is it worth it to do it now or would it be too hard to catch up?
