If we are a student at BCC already we don't need our transcripts evaluated right??

Right, only people who came from other schools.

I talked to the lady in Admissions today about the transcripts being evaluated. She told me that your transcripts will not be evaluated until you register for classes, but that you can still apply for the Nursing program. I submitted my application today..now the waiting process AGAIN! Wish I would just know already! :-) GoOd LuCk!!!! :)
