Deadline Schedule for Spring 2010 Nursing Admission

Date Events

Now - Aug. 31, 2009

Transcript pre-evaluation and course

substitutions completed. Please contact the

Admission's/Registrar's office for the forms and

procedures at BHC and MVC.

Sep. 1 - Sep. 22, 2009

HESI testing available in the Testing Center at

BHC and MVC. Please see the webpage for the

HESI information.

Sep. 30, 2009

By 4 p.m. all applications for nursing admission

must be received at BHC (Bldg. K, Room 214)

and at MVC (Bldg. W, Room H 25).

Oct. 16, 2009

Students will be notified of their status by the

e-mail address provided in the student

application.

Oct. 19–23, 2009

Student dispute period: The student must e-mail

the nursing administrative assistant at BHC or

MVC describing the issue. After September 30th at 4pm, all applications will be considered correct and no changes will be made. Disputes will be resolved.

Nov. 25, 2009

Candidates will receive an email regarding their

admission status.

Dec. 11, 2009By 4 p.m., candidates must e-mail the

administrative assistant indicating acceptance or

regrets.

Vacancies may occur at BHC and MVC. The

vacancies will be offered to the next ranked

candidate by e-mail or phone.

I had the same question, I called MVC and they only admit for the fall.
