This totally sucks. I'm starting LVN program

In the end of September and I just tore a ligament on

my ankles. Hoping to get better asap! I'm doing some rest, ice, compression, and elevate. Any tips how I can have a speedy recovery? Thanks guys!

I work in DME... get a rigid ankle brace that will still allow for some ROM, but provide support/stability, but limit further strain to the ligament during recovery/rehab. Much like a functional knee brace for a torn ACL!

How about seeing a doctor? Taking his advice?

We can't provide medical advice.
