Well I have great news! I heard from the nursing board but I will officially have it in writing via email tomorrow. My board order states:1) 500.00 fine2). 2 addiction courses
I asked the lady who called if anything was mentioned about probation, monitoring, restrictions and she said no nothing like that on there!
Praise God!!! ??

Congratulations on this and your continued sobriety. I am very happy for you. I know waiting that 3.5 years was rough, but, look at the outcome! Great work, friend!

Awesome!!!! I know it turned out even better than you expected! That's great.
Thank ya'll so much! It feels like a big weight lifted off my shoulders! However, I pray the Attorney General's office doesn't get involved. They have tried to contact me once about 4 months ago and they never called back. My lawyer even tried to contact them but couldn't get in touch with anyone who tried to contact me. But I can live my life to the fullest now knowing that I am doing my very best , one day at a time right????

Hopefully because you are now under a "board order" the AG will leave you alone. If they contact you again, tell them to call your lawyer!
This is such good news for you!

Wow I’m so glad they didn’t try and force you into monitoring unlike my nursing board. Do what you got to do and put this behind you.
