blood bank??

Hi everyone,

My ultimate dream is to work in a labor delivery unit. But I loved every single solitary nursing class I took so I can see myself pretty happy anywhere but OR.

Thing is it is very tough to get a new grad program in my neighborhood, so if I don't take some form of RN job I'll be unemployed until summer and I can't wait that long to move out and get my own place.

So, right now I know of a home health place that takes new grads year round and the blood bank and both are interested in hiring me. Which would make a better first/temp job do you think?

i would think home health would be the better of the two. i cant imagine how you could really use nursing at a blood bank
