I have a K student who has a listed "seafood" allergy on her health form, says she has an epi pen, blah blah blah. I have spent the entire school year back and forth with mom about sending the thing in and getting a doctor's order. Guess what was sitting on my desk this morning when I walked in? Nothing like waiting until the last month of school to get your $$$$ together!

Toss it in the med cabinet for the summer, or you will probably wait as long next year!!

Yes...that is definately NOT one I'd send home for the summer.

SAME. I do this with a few not expired Epi-pens. Usually I'll call home and leave a VM telling a parent I'm doing so and to call back if they would like to pick up their child's Epi-pen. Very few parents ever call me back :).
