Each state has their own requirements and once you have passed NCLEX you do not need to take it again as it is a national exam. This means you can work in all states as long as you meet their requirements.
Things are very tough at the moment to work in the US due to retrogression and the 4 plus years wait to get an immigrant visa allowing you to live and work in the US. Many are struggling to find a employer willing to wait this long plus many US nurses are struggling to find work. If you look at work visas then a minimum requirement is BSN and for many it is very expensive for the employer (employees can not pay for it) and it is more of a specialist visa
Better to think about which state you want to live and work in and then look at their requirements for International trained. Links to the state BON (Board of Nursing) can be found at the bottom of the page
Thank you for the answer.
I have found also this : http://www.cgfns.org
What they do? They transcript my degree or what?
Is a way for don't do the NCLEX?

If you wish to be licensed as a nurse in the US you need to take & pass the NCLEX.
CGFNS offer a couple of different services but most common is CES which is a breakdown of your nursing transcripts to make sure your training is same/similar to US state requirements. As mentioned to work as a nurse in the US you must meet requirements and pass NCLEX
