Best Types of Places to Work as a Nursing Tech????

What is the best type of place(s) to work at as a nursing tech? It doesn't have to be the highest paying, but I'd rather do less lifting and perineal type work if that's possible. Also, which types of places pay more (so I get a general idea)? This is my first time looking for a nursing tech job in NY. I would also prefer a type of place that covers tuition expenses (toward nursing school). I know hospitals generally offer tution assistance, but do LTC/nursing homes and assisted living homes offer it as well? Any advice for this newbie nursing tech would be appreciated :)

I Think The Best Place To Work As A Tech Is A Hospital Becuz You Get To See Different Things, And You Can Learn Alot More. Hey I Dont Like Changing People Either Nobody Does But Its Something You Need To Get Used Too If U Are Gonna Be A Nurse
