Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am from Brazil and still attending my Bachelor Degree in Nursing so whilst studying here I am already doing some research over the best states in US to live and work as RN with a good salary prospects except from CA due to its high cost of living and registration requirements.

Any Advice will be warmly appreciated.

Many Thanks

I don't think you can work it out like that. Factors need to be taken into consideration like weather, activities, what you actually want out of where you live and work. With retrogression you are looking at years once you have qualified at home to decide on where you want to live and work.

CA actually has about the easiest requirements as far as licensure. Most have actual additional requirements before they will let one sit for the NCLEX exam as well. And the majority of states are no longer issuing a license without a SSN#.

As mentioned above, do not select a state by which as supposedly easier registration, but one where you truly with to live and work. There is no reason to be in hurry at this time as there is not going to be any fast way to get to the US to be able to begin to work.
