Best "Pay-To-Play" overseas volunteer orginizations?

Good morning,

Well, I am in a good position to work overseas for a bit, and I want to volunteer. I have minimal experience, and I have decided that rather then spending a year or so trying to get a job, I am just going to work with an established "volunteer vacation" orginzation.

'Pay-To-Play' means that you pay money to live and work with an orginization overseas.

The front runner for me right now is "uVolunteer", which would enable me to go to Nepal, where I have always wanted to go. Any thoughts on this or another orginization?

What did you decide to do? I am quite surprised no one answered. I would like to express what I think a bit more accurately. But the censorship here has slowly become onerous around here.
