I am curious how other hospitals are handling upskilling of nurses while taking into account social distancing and possible reduction in force due to staff infection. I would like to know if distance learning is part of upskill training (or if it has been planned for or discussed) and how skills validation is being addressed.

One of our strategies is to add Elsevier's Clinical Skills (not a big fan) product as part of the LMS; however, we're concerned about validation. Thanks in advance for any and all information you can share.
