I'm in my last semester of RN school & it's been a challenge for as I've been a LPN for 15yrs only working primarily in the Birthing Center. Relearning and retraining my 40+year old brain has been rough. I'm a hands on learner and am having a difficult time retaining so much information. My school uses ATI & I do fair on the assessments. I would like feedback on which online review for NCLEX would be best.

I found Uworld to be extremely helpful, the rationales are fantastic. However, there are tons of options out there. If possible, try free trials of different options to see which you like best. Hurst review has also been helpful for people.

I used Kaplan test prep and passed NCLEX the first time at 75 questions. Kaplan really prepares you on how to answer the questions. I have extreme test anxiety and I can honestly say I was NOT nervous going into the exam. I almost hyperventilated when the test shut off at 75 but I just took a couple of deep breaths and didn't freak out. I am in my 50's and I must say, Kaplan is the BEST prep anyone can do if you are serious about passing your NCLEX.
I went ahead and started U world !! Love it !!

I agree with Grammy, Best tool ever.
Kaplan really helped me become a registered nurse and so did Uworld.
I used Uworld for content.
