Best non-degree online graduate nursing courses

Published

I am looking for an online graduate-level pharmacology and pathophysiology class to bolster my transcripts for CRNA school. Individual courses for non-degree seeking students.

What are your experiences with online graduate coursework? I'm looking for info about the difficulty of the class, ease of signing up, flexibility with the course schedule, cost, and whether or not you actually learned something useful.

Some of the classes I've come across:

University of Kentucky online pharm and pathophys

Online Graduate Pharmacology Course | College of Nursing

Online Graduate Advanced Pathophysiology Course | College of Nursing

University of Colorado, Denver

Nondegree | UC College of Nursing | University of Colorado Denver

I’m in a similar situation to you. Did you have any luck? If so, do you mind sharing where?

I know I'm like a year late but hopefully this will help anyone else looking.

I was able to find 2 schools that offered advanced nursing courses online to non-degree seeking (non-matriculating) students. They pretty much just put you on a waiting list until their matriculated students are registered but usually, there is enough space. The schools are:

1. UMass Boston which will offer both Advanced Pathophys and Advanced Pharm in the same semester.

2. Grand Canyon University, which only allows you to take Advanced Pathophys as a pre req to Advanced Pharm so it will take a little longer to complete.
