At last! After a long, long wait I was informed by the NVC that I was scheduled for interview on 23 August 2005 at 6:30 a.m. To those who have not yet receive their appointment letters you can try calling the NVC. They will tell you right away if you were scheduled for interview this coming month.I'm grateful that we have this forum where one can get comfort and help in alleviating one's anxieties and worries. I got a lot of helpful information in this forum and also gained new friends. Thank you Suzzane for sharing your knowledge, experiences and for acting our moderator. I hope you will continue helping nurses. To my new friends in this forum, Dhel, thank you for your support and encouragement.
Rest assured that I will share my experiences in my interview. KEEP THE FAITH! :balloons: :balloons:

Hi Prasin! I always read everybody's post but I frequently reply 'coz I still don't have any good news. I'm waiting for so long for my visa and I'm getting depress waiting. I called the embassy and they told me to just wait of the advise from embassy. One of my friend told me that their attorney told them that visa issuance will still be base to priority date. Is that true? Do you have any idea if somebody here got their visa? or those with 2003 priority date? hope to hear good news. please pray for all of us.

CONGRATULATIONS!
Bro, just received my packet 4. The NVC forwarded it to my lawyers and the lawyers forwarded it thru courier. some other documents will forwarded thru fedex.
I asked them if this is the preliminary interview, they said that this is THE final interview!
So I guess this is it, thanks to everybody!
To GOD be all the glory!

I think the info you got is not that accurate. If the visa numbers are current, the PD is not that important. The NVC case number will somehow determine the order but this depends if you are documentarily qualified. Dont call the embassy, suggest you call the NVC.
God bless!

Things are quite different here in China. Chinese nurses need to wait another 5 months for the interview after they are document qualified. Most of us had been waiting for more than 10 months before the retrogression and patiently waiting for another 6 months during the retrogression and now another 5 months again. We don't know what will happen to us after this. Can we finally arrive there I now wonder.
Does anyone here have any sugguestions about our situation? What should we do now? Is there anything we can do to facilitate this process?
I cross my fingers praying everyday for the mercy of GOD. I beg God give us the same luck as he gives to you! Really admire you guys!
shaider
