Plenty of threads discussing this but general consensus is Saunders Comprehensive review, Kaplan, prioritization, delegation, and assignment by Linda LaCharity and Hurst

Most people pass using Saunders Comprehensive Review. Also recommend prioritization book by Linda LaCharity and the Kaplan review book for test strategy.

Exam Cram is a great book too...the CD throws questions at you and the computer shut off at a point where you can see if you pass, fail, or did excellent on the exam. Try it!

I used the Exam Cram-PN two years ago and passed on the first try with minimal questions and I just went out and bought the Exam Cram-RN to study (NCLEX-RN scheduled in two weeks). I also paid for HESI review course which I will be doing next week. Anyone familiar with that review course?
