I'm studying for my fundamentals final and it's probably my least liked class. The material seems so easy in class (ex: Critical thinking has 3 levels basic, complex, and commitment)
But then the test questions are difficult for me (ex: A nurse is working with a nursing assistive personnel, on a busy oncology unit. The nurse has instructed the NAP on the tasks that need to be performed, including getting patient A out of bed, collecting a urine specimen from pt B, and checking vital signs on pt C, who is scheduled to go home. Which of the following represent(s) successful delegation? (Select all that apply.) )
My best liked was intro to pt care with the lab because it prepared us for clinical with assessment.
What's yours?

I only have two classes. My Fundamentals has lecture, lab, and clinical. My other class is a bogus technology course. We only met a few times for the tech course. Neeedless to say it wasn't my favorite.

Loved Peds & OB equally. I enjoyed the Community Health clinical but did not like the actual class.

I'm enrolled in an online MSN program. I only took two courses this past semester since my enrollment is part-time.
I somewhat enjoyed both courses. However, the nursing research methods course challenged me far more than the nursing ethics class.

My best liked class this semester was Community Health and Aging Perspectives. My least liked class was Psych. It was not bad but talking/communication was a major focus and it was just not interesting to me.
I can't wait to find out which I like/dislike more as I continue....I think I'd like peds and psych but have yet to see! Some of my upper classmates said they didn't like peds because it's hard to get the child to talk to you and the caregivers kind of hovered over them too much overprotective.
I've been studying for finals all weekend. Took a little break here, but need to get back at it.

I like maternity least, and psych most (I work in psych). Glad they're over! Ethics is in between.
