Hey, could someone please recommend a helpful care plan book I can use in nursing school?
Thanks!

NANDA-I 2012-2014, THE definitive book on nursing diagnosis. I absolutely promise you that if you have and use this in addition to whatever else they give you, you will never, ever get a nursing diagnosis wrong and will have a huge first jump on learning to think like a nurse (the hardest thing for students to get). :flwrhrts:
$29 with free two-day delivery for students from Amazon, $25 for your Kindle. :flwrhrts:

I like Ackley and Ladwig. They give you rationales and references for interventions that I find to be a great jumping off point for me to get some more current research to support my interventions.
All the students in my class are always borrowing my Ackley/Ladwig.

I have Ackley as well because it is recommended by nursing school. I really like it although I have to say it is not the most user friendly but once you figure it out it is extremely helpful!

Ackley as well. I have it because my school requires it, but I have found it to be very helpful.
Thanks y'all!!
You're welcome.
