I'm not looking into CRNA but I know something about it. First off you want to get your BSN degree(many ways to get there). After that you may need to have a few years experience in the icu I believe before being able to apply to CRNA school. And the program is masters degree so you'll need to take the graduate school entrance test if required. The CRNA school is around 2 years or so.

Right now, you can still go in for your masters and be grandfathered in. However, in a few years to 10 or so, you WILL need your DNP (unless you are already a CRNA).
