The hospital I work for is going to cut the Baylor shift. No definite info yet. Does this shift still exist in other hospitals? This will affect a lot of nurses. Do unions help? 0 Likes

And to be honest, there's no need for it anymore.I had to sign a contract every year for it and it always said that it could be ended at any time-and it was.Be grateful for the time you got, but I'm afraid Baylor is a thing of the past and is being phased out. 0 Likes
