I am in the same boat! I applied for Temple NICU. Crossing my Fingers but leaving my expectations low just incase.

I applied to Temple for the ED. I haven’t heard anything yet so I’m hopeful. I have interviews at other hospitals line up, but I’d like to work here!

I have a strong fear if other hospitals start giving me calls before BSW and then I don't want to say no to my backup.

Same with me. I’m trying not to think about it too much but from what I’ve read on here, I don’t think that the recruiter for Temple (Kevin) has reached out to anyone yet. So fingers crossed that he hasn’t reached out yet and will.

I didn't get too much more information but we did discuss whether being from out of state is a disadvantage. (I was highly concerned since my first choice was Dallas, and I don't have any networking opportunities since I am in Arkansas)

He made it clear that being from out of state does NOT put you at a disadvantage and they will take your application just as seriously as applicants from in-state.

I have an interview in March with Critical Care at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas.

Keep faith in yourself! I know there's a TON of applicants and they're working through them as quickly as they can.

Has anyone who listed McLanes as their top pick heard back after they did their digital interview?

Yes, I had a follow up phone interview with Anna! She is the recruiter handling McLane's! She said they won't decide who gets in person interviews until after the Temple expo!
