Hi,

I see that the job market there is extremely tight for new graduates. Is the situation any better for nurses who are still new but have some experience, i.e. 1-2 years of RN experience?

Also, by the way, how is the situation for such people specifically in San Francisco

Thanks.

The markets tough even for experienced people in California....especially San Francisco. Don't move until you have a job lined up.

Its a million times better than being a new grad. At least you have options. The rest will come down to what other credentials/education you have and how well you can interview and make the person like you. It also helps to have some friends that can get your resume in and seen by a specific dept manager.
