I haven't been to one and would like insight on them as well. However, there IS an open house this weekend at Banner Gateway. I'm planning on going - I'm sure they'll be recruiting (i.e. hurting for) nurses.

I've heard about recruiters hiring on the spot at the job fairs, so be prepared for an interview etc.

I wanted to go check out Banner Gateway last weekend, but had clinicals. I'm going on Thurs for some training though, and can't wait to see the new hospital!! Keep in touch and let us know how the job search goes. I'm going to PM you about some questions I have.
