Bad Pop Up - NCLEX

Hey everyone I am so devastated. I took my NCLEX ( 145 Q's ) this 8 AM this morning and I received an email that stated " thank you for taking the NCLEX ."  I tried to do the PVT trick although I told myself I wouldn't and kept getting the bad pop " your payment has been declined please reenter information ." I am trying not to psych myself out but I am freaking out. I came home and kept reading that I may have a slim chance to still pass and I hope to God that's still the case. Anyway being from NY and to stop psyching myself out how do I check the NY database to see if my name show's up? Pray for me, everyone !! I have a lot that I have to do but I need that License BAD!

When you did the PVT? Did you do it right after the test? Because if so it MIGHT not be as accurate. You should give it a couple hours before trying it. 
 

I also believe that doing the PVT isn’t always the best idea especially if you’re prone to anxiety. I suggest distracting yourself with other activities in the meantime. It usually takes 48 hours for the results to come back, so hang in there! 
 

As far as the database, I don’t know exactly how it works in NY but you could probably go to the NYBON website and check the registry to see if your license number pops up! I’m taking NCLEX in two weeks. Good luck to you!
