I have my ADN and have been a Nurse for four years. I would like to do something aside from bedside nursing...maybe sales. I don't know much abut the ADN-BSN pathway and I'm feeling like I just want to start over and go for a different degree altogether. Wondering if my ADN would count toward getting a Bachelors of Business per se? Or would it be way longer than just doing the ADN-BSN and not worth it? Hope the question is clear.. Any advice would be very helpful, thanks!

BSN completion programs are just that- completing the requirements to go from ADN to BSN. Many can do it in 1-2 years. As for a bachelors in business, you would need to complete all the courses required for that major. Some of your previous coursework would possibly transfer, but the nursing courses wouldn't count toward a business degree. Most majors have a minimum requirement of specific classes that take most of the traditional 4 year program to complete.
